Ah sprinklers. What is it about them that I so love. I love the sound of the rainbirds as they flip back and forth. I love to hear them through my bedroom window at night. I love the smell of them as they hit the pavement. The look of them dripping off perfectly manicured lawns. Especially these little hand sprinklers, just something good and old fashioned about it. We have a few dry spots, so I pull out my trusty little friend and she goes to work. Summertime!
I think sprinklers and lawn mowers are my two favorite things about summer time too. I was going to say that the sound of them through the window at night, is just pure pleasure.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad someone likes sprinklers. To me they are just a pain...I think that is one thing I am anel about, I want them to hit every spot perfectly and they don't, and I'm always complaining to Steve to rip they all out and put three times as many in...he just shakes his head and tells me that is impossible, wouldn't have any water pressure. Oh, I dislike sprinklers. I could go on and on but I'm sure I'm running out of comment space. Boy, that felt good to vent about them. Love you
ReplyDeleteTam you crack me up...I can just invision you go on about them to Steve, and him just sitting there with that look he gets and shaking his head. That is hilarious, although your yard is perfection so those sprinklers must be doing there job.
ReplyDeleteI have a few dry spots myself, I hate moving my sprinkler around though. Thanks for the desk it looks so cute I just got done getting it all organized she thinks she is so cool. You made her life, you know her and her paper work.
