We got our offer....YIPEE!! Both contracts are signed, to sell this house and buy our new house. It is a great feeling. Now lets just hope all goes smoothly from here on out. Stressful, when you are talking about 3 different couples and all of it needing to come together. Hopefully I can handle it, you all know me and stress...not a good combo.
That must be a wonderful feeling, don't worry it will all work out perfectly for you guys. Now when can I come see the new house it's killing me I have not even laid eyes on it yet.
